About TOEFL

The TOEFL iBT® test, administered through Internet, has become an essential exam to study in any English-speaking country. It is established by an organization named ETS (Educational Testing Service), a professional test development organization, based in the USA.

It measures a person’s expertise level in English used in college or university. It concentrates on the both formal as well as informal English language.

TOEFL is generally taken in two formats. The format depends on the test center. Majority of students register themselves for TOEFL iBT test. Test centers that do not have Internet access offer the Paper-based Test (PBT).
