Before Starting TOEFL

If one wants to study in a foreign university, especially the one in North America, one has to take TOEFL test. This is only for those students coming from non-native as per the university admission policy. It is also mandatory in other countries for job as well as for studies.

One needs speed and efficiency to perform best in the exam. To perform well, the student has to undergo a lot number of practice tests and understand the tricks to score well.

TOEFL has 4 sections :

• Listening Comprehension – This session measures student’s ability to understand American English that are spoken in academic settings like in colleges & Universities.
• Structure & Written Expression – This session measure the student’s ability to recognize language & Written Essays that have good grammer, a wide range of Vocabulary & proper sentence structure.
• Vocabulary & Reading Comprehension – Measures the student’s ability to understand non-technical reading matter which is asked in comprehensions.
• Essay Writing – This section measures the student’s ability to express ideas in standard written English, Grammar, & vocabulary.
