Paul Kitchen - Chairman

Paul Kitchen as the Chairman of Kampus Landing- Global Education Specialists provides the single point of leadership in the organization including facilities in India and plays an integral role in defining Kampus Landing’s relationships with universities, clients and business partners. His career experience includes highly successful stints in retail and entertainment sector.

Paul received his Research Masters in Law from the University of Oxford and his Masters in Law from the University of Southampton. Outside of work, Paul loves spending time with his family, enjoys watching a good game of cricket and playing video games.

Sanjay Laul - President and Founder

Sanjay Laul is President and Founder of Kampus Landing- Global Education Specialists, one of the world’s renowned education organization. Sanjay’s leadership, technology insight and operational expertise have strengthened Kampus Landing’s culture of innovation, expanded the company into new markets, and extended its product portfolio and global reach. In his role he is responsible for shaping and leading the firms’ vision across hierarchies with a deep understanding and passion for creativity and innovation and consistently developing and implementing the approach of “practice Innovation”. His visionary approach and intellectual curiosity has consistently set new standards and will harness opportunities within the quality and talent starved educational solutions across the globe.

Sanjay holds a BBA degree; started his career with a travel agency and has risen to be the head of many emerging service businesses.

Sanjay is a Qualified Education Agent Counselor and member of Professional bodies NAFSA: Association of International Educators and CII: Confederation of Indian Industry.

Tejal Laul - Founder Director

Tejal Laul- the Founder Director of Kampus Landing has counseled thousands of students and helped them realize their dreams of studying abroad. She has 10 years experience within the education sector, having previously held the positions of International Student Advisors at colleges in London and New York.

Tejal holds a BBA, a Bachelor of Business degree from Gujarat University India, a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from London, and has done her professional communication skills from New York. In the year 2010, she was selected and participated in the 2nd Indo-German DIPP - Department of Managers Training Programme (IGMTP) organized by CII and InWEnt Capacity Building International Germany for Senior Industrial Policy & Promotion & Middle level SMEs managers. She was the only participant to represent India from the education sector.

She is a member of NAFSA- Association of International Educators.

Elvira Echeverria - Principal Canadian Immigration Consultant

Elvira Echeverria is the Principal Canadian Immigration Consultant at Kampus Landing and an innovative and competent professional with a highly successful performance record of exceeding expectations and helping clients achieve their goals of immigrating to Canada and has served as an authorized representative as defined in the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA).

Elvira holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree and Bachelors of Science in Education Degree from Philippines. She completed her Immigration Diploma Course from Ashton College, Canada.

As a Member in good standing of the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council, she is a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) #410135. Additionally, Elvira is a Member of the Canadian Association of Professional Immigration Consultants (CAPIC), and appointed Commissioner of Oath in the Province of BC, Canada.

Suneetha Qureshi - Director of International Office

Suneetha Qureshi's management background encompasses marketing communications, CRM, branding, public relations and strategic alliance initiatives across services sectors alongwith a Masters in Information Technology from Tulec and work experience of over 14 years. She has undergone the Professional Development Programme in Promoting UK Education and Training and has successfully passed in the "Education UK Certificate for Agents" Programme offered by the British Council.

Rajni Bhatla - Director of Associate Network

Rajni Bhatla is the Director of Associate Network, responsible for handling and maintaining relationship with the strong network of business associates in India sub continent. She carries strength of building business through common-sense approach and to stay on top in a competitive business environment by nurturing risk-taking, creating cultures of innovation and empowering people.

She holds her Bachelors in Commerce degree from Lucknow University, India.

Rushita Kitchen - Director- UK Operations

Rushita Kitchen is Director- UK Operations. Rushita joined Kampus Landing in November 2011 and is responsible for building relationships with the UK universities for student recruitment and academic collaboration. A dynamic individual with an illustrious career spanning almost a decade, Rushita held several leadership roles in the financial and entertainment sectors. She has diverse experience in managing services delivery teams across a wide spectrum of functions: sales and marketing, brand management, relationship management and operations. She has fused her unique personality, a blend of honesty and family values with her keen sense of business and understanding of people to create an environment in the organization that is both comfortable, and high performing.

Nimisha Patel - Director- Canada Operations

Nimisha Patel is Director- Canada Operations. Born and brought up in India and later on migrated to Canada, she is responsible for assisting Kampus Landing students and clients in Canada. Her extensive experience in India includes oversight of all operational functions such as employee relations, contract administration, benefits administration, and quality assurance.

She holds a BA Economics degree from Gujarat University, India and is currently pursuing part time IT programs from Humber College, Canada.

Deval Gadhia - Director of Outreach Programs

Deval directs the Education Outreach program of Kampus Landing. Before beginning his work in further and higher education, he conducted research in the Kampus Landing innovative model of institutional partnership and sales. Deval enjoys the opportunity to learn about a wide variety of education management topics through education work, and the opportunity to work with educators, students and the college management. Deval's current projects include partnerships with over 20 colleges and universities in India.

Deval has earned a BBA degree from Alagappa University and brings with him a wealth of experience from a variety of sector such as BPO and Information Technology.
