Life in Canada

Canadian students are quite enthusiastic and friendly. International students learn a lot from Canadian way of living. They get to learn many new things. Apart from academic learning there are also many things that help them groom personally. During college hours students spent most of their time attending classes, sitting in libraries, labs, etc. They also take part in college extra circular activities.

Every college has its own cultural committee and sport clubs. Students can participate in all the events that are happening around. Different sports competitions are organized at different levels like inter college events, intra college events, state level events and national level events. Different sports that are famous here are hockey, basketball, base ball, etc.

Students are very much committed to their friends. They are quite modest and generous. Youngsters especially girls spent most of their time going to mall and for window shopping. They go to clubs, pubs, and parties on weekends and enjoy among themselves while some take rest at home only.

Canadian education system emphasis more on practical knowledge than theoretical. Students are given a chance to work on live projects. They interact directly with the industry people and gain lots of knowledge. They are given this opportunity based on their caliber and academics performance.

Lifestyle of Canadians is quite different from that you see in your home country. People are quite broad minded, and do not quarrel on small things. You will see a major change in the thinking and approach of Canadians. They are quite optimistic kind of people and have a very balanced approach towards their goals.
